If you need a meeting room at Greenwich House please check availability and  book rooms using ‘Booker’. 

Please ensure ALL room bookings are booked through Booker first to check the room availability. Once booked, please add an Outlook booking if required. 

AV and hybrid meetings 

All meeting rooms at Greenwich House have the Cisco Room Kit for screen sharing and hybrid meetings. 

If you wish to use the Cisco Room Kit you will need to find the name of the hybrid meeting room in Outlook and invite the meeting room so that you can access the hybrid kit. 

Below are the user guides provided by UIS.  The main point being, that in order for the system to work, please use the room finder icon to select the room you want to book, rather than typing it in.

For your information, the following rooms do not have the new Hybrid Room Kit:

Auckland – Portable TV Screen & HDMI Cable

Eindhoven – No AV

Ferrara – Projector, Screen & Room PC (Computer/ Training Suite)

Granada – No AV

Visitor parking

If you have external guests joining your meeting and need to book visitor parking spaces this needs to be done via reception in writing. Please use visitor parking request form to book spaces. 

Please complete the attached form and email to GreenwichHouseOperationalSupportTeam@admin.cam.ac.uk with the parking request.
